  • You support the International HR team in day-to-day business to assure an excellent HR sevice for all foreign based employees (Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America).
  • You execute a high standard HR administration in English along the employee's lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
  • You assist in a variety of tasks in talent acquisition and development (i.e. organizing interviews, onboarding, training sessions, performance reviews etc.) as well as in the domain of international Payroll and Benefits (i.e. Bench Mark analyses, audits etc.).
  • Further you provide support to the HR Director in international HR projects and initiatives and in the promotion of company culture and politics.
  • In this diverse internship role, you work on both Swiss sites (Nidau and Brügg, Canton Bern) but you interact remotely on a daily basis with our foreign based employees, as well as internal and external partners.


  • At the end of your studies or just graduated, you are highly interest in the HR field
  • Very good English skills, both in oral and written, is a must-have, French and/or German are desirable, any other languages is a plus
  • You stand out with your excellent IT Skills (especially in MS Office)
  • You are keen to work in international and in virtual teams
  • As an enthusiastic, motivated and friendly person you have a high service-orientation and great team spirit
